An Instructive StoryAdabi ILAM

Hazrat Jarir bin Abdullah (R.A) said: I asked the Prophet (PBUH) to establish the prayer of allegiance, to pay Zakat and to wish every Muslim well. (Reported by al-Bukhari).

Dear listeners! The Companions of the Prophet, Hazrat Jarir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) have mentioned here to swear allegiance to the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him).

The word “allegiance” is derived from “sale” which means buying and selling. In Shari’ah terms, “allegiance” refers to an agreement that is handed over to a religious leader and is based on religious teachings and Islamic rules. This is done for stepping. Such allegiance has been given in the time of Prophethood. Sometimes on the occasion of jihad, sometimes when people convert to Islam and sometimes just for renewal.

In the Qur’an al-Hakim, there is a special mention of this allegiance which was made by the Companions under a tree on the blessed hand of the Holy Prophet (sws) on the occasion of the Hudaybiyyah peace treaty. This was the most important allegiance of its kind which Allah, the Exalted, declared to be an allegiance on His own hand.

That is why the status of all the Companions participating in this pledge of allegiance is very high. In Surah Al-Mumtahanah of the Holy Qur’an, there is a mention of taking pledge of allegiance from women as well. They did not take it in their hands, but this allegiance was done behind the scenes.

As for what should be included in the allegiance of this matter?

So it was also determined by revelation as it is explained in the allegiance of women.
And it was left to the discretion of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) himself to take allegiance on whatever matters he wished. There are only three things mentioned in the Sahaabah under study today, the details of which will come to you soon. But there are narrations in the books of hadith which include some other matters as well.

Therefore, in Sahih Muslim, Sunan Abu Dawud and Sunan Nisa’i, one is free from polytheism, worshiping only one God, staying in the five daily prayers and listening There are also words like listen and believe.

A similar pledge of allegiance still exists in Islamic society today. The scholars and sages who specialize in self-purification and purification of the heart arrange it, but only to the extent of istihaab. Evidence is taken from the Qur’an and Hadith and its benefits are also explained.

Listeners! Hazrat Jarir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: I swore allegiance to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) for staying up for prayers, paying Zakat and doing good to every Muslim.

It is known that this allegiance was of Tabar or individual. Also, allegiance was blessed because these three matters are important as well as the goal of every Muslim’s life and should be. Iqamat Salat Ita Zakat and goodwill only Hazrat Jarir Not for the sake of Allah (swt) but for every member of the ummah.

However, due to allegiance, the spirit of paying more attention to these matters is created. And that’s the point here. The first thing is the observance of prayers and its iqamah. The fact is that prayers are an important pillar of religion. If prayers are established, then understand that religion is established. If it is not established and it has been disrupted, then the building of the religion is cracked.

The Holy Prophet (sws) has given the same status in the religion as the vinegar in the human body.
If it exists and is connected with the body, then there is life. If it is separated by a circuit, God willing, then there is no meaning to life. The houses of those who neglect prayers in congregation without any excuse are set on fire by the Prophet The promise has been made. The first thing that will be questioned on the Day of Judgment is prayer. All the rules of religion were obligatory on the earth, but prayer was obligatory on the heavens on the occasion of the Ascension with great care.

This is the most important act of worship that is performed on a daily basis. This is the kind of worship that is not forgiven under any circumstances. As long as the Muslim is conscious, prayer is his responsibility.
